What a caper this shall be!
Today has been a wonderous day. So many things have happened during it that are there to enjoy! First I was spending time with our very first servant and then Kak came to me with most wondrous news!
Kak: Awk! My queen! *pecks at Dred* We need to go!
Awk: Indeed we must! There is much to be done today!
Dred: ....Oh really, guys?
Awk: Is that how you address us?
Dred: Look. I'm a prince
Kak: suuuure you are. We're royalty, we know royalty when we see it
Awk:*fluffing up* Really. *peck* You will take us out now
Dred: *sighs*
Kak: no, no! This is a private conversation! The peasant can't hear it
Awk: But who will carry what we must fetch?
Dred: I've...gotta get to work anyway
Kak: just come *takes off, huge wings flap and takes off to a high tree*
Kak: Awk!
Awk: Yes, Kak, my king?
Kak: we've been offered a job, Awk my comrade
Awk: we HAVE?
Kak: *scratches under a wing* As SPIES
Awk: this sounds GOOD for us
Kak: I do not think it suits us!
Kak: are we to be lowered to crebain?
Awk: AH but no one says we must tell them the TRUTH
Kak: *alert* go on, Awk!
Kak: tell me more of this PLAN
Awk: We might mislead them for fun and profit!
Kak: to maintain our HONOUR?
Awk: As we MUST
Kak: then shall we give the elf captain our 'word'?
Kak: then shall we give the elf captain our 'word'?
Awk: I believe we SHALL *cackles* What a caper!
Kak: no way this one can backfire!
Awk: Soon we will have this city!
It seems that we are in a line of work now. I am most approving of the thought!
