Thank goodness for Finrod organizing everything, it makes my life so much easier. But I wish I could just figure out who is behind these murders and get them locked up!

Ecthelion: *at work, going over all the evidence recovered from last night; it's been busy*
Turgon: *sick of pacing around his office and headed to see Lio early, letting himself in* boo
Ecthelion: *jumps* Oh, hey! I wasn't expecting you.
Turgon: I'm hungry. Are you hungry?
Ecthelion: Starving. Luckily Finrod brought me a muffin for breakfast.

Turgon: *goes up to the desk and rests a hand on it* I've been scouting out places for us to eat that we never seem to get to. I'm making that change now. Come on
Ecthelion: Well. Yeah, okay, this can wait.
Turgon: Good. *grins and offers Lio his hand*
Ecthelion: *lets him tug him to his feet* Lead on.
Turgon: The food is on little sticks!
Ecthelion: Little sticks?
Turgon: All speared on them
Ecthelion: That sounds interesting!
Turgon: I've missed our time together
Ecthelion: Me too!
Turgon: Obviously the solution is you ditching Celegorm to spend more time with me
Ecthelion: Is it really? *teasing*
Turgon: Oh yes.  I'm clearly the better cousin
Ecthelion: I'd say you both have your good points.
Turgon: What does he have that I don't?
Ecthelion: Well, he likes kissing me... *joking, although that's actually true and vice versa*
Turgon: Hmm, okay, that's a point in his favour.
Ecthelion: *grins* I think so.
Turgon: But I'm far handsomer
Ecthelion: *considers* Nooo, I'd say you're both evenly matched there.
Turgon: Well, I'm *smarter*, then. I am 'the wise'
Ecthelion: Mmm, that's true.
Turgon: You don't see me pissing off everyone I come across
Ecthelion: No, I don't. *really doesn't want to argue about Celegorm though*
Turgon: And I'm not a bunch of muscles who just goes around swagg--*cuts himself off* Oh, there's the food!
Ecthelion: Thank goodness, I'm staving.
Turgon: *orders some kebabs for him and Lio*
Turgon: That human I told you about, Eowyn, helped me test these out
Ecthelion: *mouth watering* That smells delicious. Oh, really?
Turgon: Oh yes. I got to make up for calling her old and near death. *hands Lio his share*
Ecthelion: That doesn't sound very smooth, Turu. *takes the kebab*
Turgon: I'd never seen an older human up close. They get wrinkly. I was taken aback
Ecthelion: *nibbles* Oh, was she horrible?
Turgon: Actually, it's kind of nice looking once you're used to it
Ecthelion: It must be odd to see. *nibbles some more* Oh, this is good.
Turgon: Isn't it? I like her. She's interesting. I should make more time to see her
Ecthelion: *interesting* Is she very nice?
Turgon: Mhm. A healer too.
Ecthelion: Ooh, yes. I've heard of her.
Turgon: I could learn from her
Ecthelion: What could you learn?
Turgon: About humans. About healing.
Ecthelion: Oh, that's true. Is that something you want to know?'
Turgon: It's something that would be good for me to know
Ecthelion: *finishes his kebab* That was great.  And yeah, especially with all the humans here now.
Turgon: I could use a gentler side
Ecthelion: *bumps him with his shoulder* Why, are you feeling abrasive??
Turgon: I have been awfully cranky. *and murdery*
Ecthelion: Well, you've been stressed....
Turgon: You have no idea
Ecthelion: *concerned* Tell me.
Turgon: It's just... everything that's been going on.
Ecthelion: Yeah? *not sure he believes this*  You sound miserable.
Turgon: I'm sure it will pass when you catch the killers.
Ecthelion: *has been busy and distracted but not so distracted now* Something else happened?
Turgon: well. Aredhel is here now.
Ecthelion: Ar? When did she get here? What happened?
Turgon: a few days ago. She's been secluded. With... her son
Ecthelion: Secluded where? Her son? *stares* What happened?
Turgon: things have just been overwhelming. *drops the sticks from his kebabs in the garbage* And what happened was her 'husband', Eol. She escaped him and came here
Ecthelion: Mmm. How did she escape him? And get here?
Turgon: Left in the night. And she remembered the way back here, from before she was kidnapped
Ecthelion: *studies his face*
Turgon: *telling the truth of the past/future that was*
Ecthelion: *doesn't think he's being entirely truthful*
Turgon: *doesn't want to see the look on Lio's face if Lio finds out what he did*
Ecthelion: *doesn't want him to lie*
Turgon: *looks away* The kid's cute. His name's Maeglin
Ecthelion: *frowns* Mmm. Yes. I read about him.
Turgon: Well. This one's a toddler. I think I can work with that
Ecthelion: I hope so.

I hope that Maeglin thing works out the way Turgon hopes. And I wonder what he's lying about… he's definitely hiding something.
