Post-battle cleanup

[second_time_around]

After the battle with the cultists is over, and the wounded have all been taken to the House of Healing, Fëanor stays behind in the sewers with the remaining guards. As they scurry about quickly, removing the dead bodies of the cultists, and collecting evidence, Fëanor prowls around the altar room, trying to determine the source of the bad feelings and the evil magic. With the death of the cult members, and the disappearance of the leaders, the feelings are weaker, but not gone. Finally, he stops in front of the altar, and examines it thoroughly.

This is it. It must be destroyed. *pulls his sword out*

*helped Lio to the surface, then went back down to the sewers to continue the search. Manages to not step in the muck again. Follows the muddy footprints back to the cultists' lair*

No wonder we couldn't find it sooner. It's very well hidden. *watches as a guard drags away a dead cult member* Be careful, there may be evidence on the body.

Damn right, they were...crazy being the key word. *pushes past a random guard and into the ante-chamber, where Feanor is about to destroy the altar*

WAIT!! *rushes over and grabs Feanor's arm before he can bring his sword down* That's evidence!! We need that! *has no clue whose arm he's just grabbed*

*does know damn well and behind Boromir ready to pull out her sword* I think you've helped enough tonight, sire.

*looks around Boromir to her* Surely you can feel this is the source of the evil?

What I feel is you should go wash all that blood off. Sire.

The guards will handle this from here. It's our job.

*glances down at the human holding his arm* This is the source of the evil magic. It must be destroyed. *not angry, just explaining. But pretty adamant sounding*

*skittered on closer to look at it, having trouble really looking at it. It looks obscene without actually having anything you can recognize on it*

*glances at Angwen, then back to Feanor* She is right. It's our job to take care of the details down here. You should return to the surface and leave this to us. It's important that we examine it closely before it is destroyed.

*casts a spell to mask her presence and escapes out a back entrance*

*not as hidden as he wishes he was, trying to tend to his wounds further on ahead in a alcove, robes thrown away to blend in with civilians*

Dred's moving bodies with some of the others, for the most part, pausing every so often to check a body for some type of evidence before they pick it up to carry out. The one thing about this whole experience that's good? He's starting to sort of...see what Theo sees in Feanor if that makes any sense. Because this is quite impressive. You get a pass as the new stepmom, apparently, Feanor.

At the moment though, he's lifting a body with one of the other guards.
