Some more business.

Gwaedhon: *has just gotten the latest report from Ravion on the interviews with the families of the deceased and knocks on Lio's, now Finrod's, office door in response to his summons*

Finrod: Come in!

Gwaedhon: *steps inside* Lord Finrod. *bows* You summoned me?

Finrod: *nods* I just wanted some updates on your report. The dead aggressors are being looked at by healers, yes?

Gwaedhon: Yes, sir. We're investigating every angle. *pulls out Ravion's report* Some of them had family here, and Lieutenant Ravion has been interviewing them. They complained of weird dreams, before becoming withdrawn and secretive.

Finrod: I hope these interviews are conducted with the utmost tact and sympathy. When will the healers be done?

Gwaedhon: I trust the lieutenant. I'm afraid I have no eta on that, there were... rather a lot of bodies, in varying condition.
Gwaedhon: And when I said weird, I meant in the sense of a destiny.
Gwaedhon: They felt their dreams were giving them purpose. Most of the deceased elves were artists, or given to spirituality.

Finrod: *nods* Get a team of healers, if needed. *taps a pen* Destiny...Hmm.

Gwaedhon: Unfortunately, as of this moment none of the interviewed elves have much insight on what that destiny was.

Finrod: That's good, I suppose... I don't want a growing list of suspects, really. But, when the healers are done examining these eighteen, I want them released to the families.

Gwaedhon: Very good, sir.

Finrod: Did you find any personal belongings underground? Clothing, jewelry...?

Gwaedhon: They had small items on themselves, but everything we found laying around I've reported to you.

Finrod: Is this all of it then? Nothing from their victims?

Gwaedhon: There were ashes. They may have burned anything they took. I don't think they did this for profit.

Finrod: *nods, noting* Well, if you do find anything intact, that will be returned to the closest kin as well.

Gwaedhon: Got it. We're still doing searches down there.
Gwaedhon: ...how is the captain, sir?

Finrod: He is recovering well, if not quick enough for his liking.

Gwaedhon: Very good. I've served under him since the city was established, rather used to him.

Finrod: *grins a bit* He'll be back soon enough.

Gwaedhon: Very good. Is there anything else, sir?

Finrod: No, that's all. Thank you, Gwaedhon.

Gwaedhon: *bows and takes his leave*
