gondolindrim | A Reminder.

Finrod has sternly reminded all relevant guards that per their oath of office, they have sworn to serve the King of Gondolin and uphold his laws with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, according equal respect to all people and executing the powers and duties of office honestly, faithfully and diligently without fear of or favour to any person and with malice or ill-will toward none. Any guard who has issue with or feels he or she cannot uphold this pledge in its fullness is advised to come forward and be relieved of his or her duty without further penalty.
