It was almost time for his working shift to end. He would have to leave his appartment too, but that should be easy enough unless some busybody asked where he was going. He arranged the last books in the shelves and went to collect his belongings. He was very happy that Turko was in Gondolin, and he looked forward to see his father and Maitimo too. He had read a bit more about the kinslayings, and now knew when Turko died, and how. He also knew that he and Curufinwë had died along with their older brother...

No need to apologize. I know what they did... I just know what they were in Aman so it is difficult to read about their fall.

Are you leaving already? *wants to trust Yaban and tell him who he is, but Turko might hit him with the book about the battle of Unnumbered Tears if he does*

Yeah. My work's stymied, my shift's nearly over, and I'm not allowed to lay on top of my desk and pretend I've died anymore so I might as well head home.

I need to visit a friend, so we can leave together if you wish.

*hopes Turko's house isn't close to Yaban's*

Sure. I'm heading to the apartments by the guard house. How about you?

I'm going to the northern side of the city, near the northern gate. I will leave the appartments and live there... in a house... near that gate...

Good deal. Maybe I'll drop by sometime, I need to check out the northern gate for reasons and an excuse to be over there would be good.

Yes... Good. Well, let's go before Grima shows up and makes you angry again.
